Shankar (Sunny) looks after his old mother and her daily needs. One day when he was falsely implicated in a robbery case and was caught by the police. He saw his mother dying in front of his own eyes because his mother could not overcome the grief of her son’s arrest.

But Shankar runs away from the police and befriends Rambabu who is an underworld man and his nefarious activities are well known. He turns Shankar into a hardened criminal who adept at robbery, he also gets a new name Shaka. He gives police a run for their money.

Inspector Popatlal is after his blood and would catch him at any cost. Once he dreams about his mother who died in front of him, he will not forget the law and their men.

He rebels against Rajababu and surrenders himself to the police. He was jailed. He wanted to live as a civilized and lawful citizen, one day in the jail he saved the life of a leader, in turn, his sentence was reduced and he was released one year earlier. He joined Rahman Mia in his Garage who obliged in giving him a partnership and led peace and honourable life. Then in his life comes Arti, who forsake her entire property and wealth to her greedy uncle and gets married to Shanker and led a peaceful life. They bore a son named Vicky. But Rambabu did not allow Shankar to live in peace and trapped him and once again, Shankar in the eyes of Inspector Poptlal is a Criminal.

Rambabu’s plan was that Shankar should steal a secret file so that he, in turn, could earn crores of rupees from it. He wanted to kill two birds with one stone, he also made Vicky his target. Shankar steals the file finishes both Rambabu and Daga give the file to Inspector Popatlal. He hands over his son Vicky to Inspector Popatlal before dying and tells him to make his son also a police Inspector like him.

Now Vijay earlier known as Vicky a full-fledged Inspector and handsome young man who has been awarded a medal, to reach this goal, Aarti has a big hand in it.
